Allow your muscles to relax and focus on sinking heavily into your chair or bed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is important to find music that is right for you. Not all these playlists will be to your taste or support you emotionally. Using these playlists as a springboard, we would encourage you to create your own playlists on a platform like Spotify. You will then become your own Music Therapist, ingesting music as the powerful medicine it can be when used regularly and mindfully. You will get most benefit from using music this way by listening for 20-30 mins 3-4 times per week.<\/p>\n<p>All these playlists use the Spotify platform and you will need to install this on your device if you are listening at home.
